Hi, I’m Hilary.
I do what I do because I’ve been in your shoes.

I am a mother of two and a certified sleep consultant; I’ve been helping hundreds of little ones learn to sleep through the night and take great naps since 2015. 

I’ve also been a physical therapist for more than 15 years, which may be why I love delving into research when it comes to making healthy decisions for my family and making the best recommendations for yours. I ensure the programs I use have been proven to be safe, effective and beneficial for babies, young children and their parents.

Helping little ones develop healthy, independent sleep skills they will take with them throughout their lives is my absolute passion. And I love sharing in the relief and joy parents feel when the whole family is finally sleeping through the night.

Whether you have a newborn, a 4-month-old, a spirited little toddler or a big kid with anxiety around sleep, I will guide you through every step of helping your little one become the confident, secure super sleeper I know they can be.

Sleep Support for Your Family

I will support you every step of the way as you start your child on the path to

Prenatal Consultation - $100

Quite possibly the best baby-shower gift ever.

An hour-long education session for parents-to-be on how to give your baby the best chance to
develop healthy sleep habits from the start (and minimize your own fatigue!).

Includes a 15% discount on any future sleep support to help with any bumps along the way.

Newborn Sleep plan (0-3 months) - $150

Working with you and your newborn baby, our aim will be to prevent over-tiredness
and help them get a great start toward solid, independent sleep. Includes:

1) A one-on-one consultation

2) A newborn sleep plan to help you guide your baby

3) 1 week of email follow-up support

infant and Toddler sleep plans (3 months – 2 years) - $450

After three months, the aim is to teach babies how to fall asleep independently and sleep through the night.
NOTE: Between three and six months, it is recommended to keep at least one night feeding.

3) 16 days of phone and/or email follow-up support

Preschool and big-kid sleep plans (2 - 10 years) - $495

Teaching your child to sleep through the night on his own is important for optimal emotional and
cognitive development. Even if your child has never slept through the night, he can still learn!

2) A customized sleep plan for your child

3) Three weeks of phone and/or email follow-up support

Half-Night Help - $995

Want a real hand to hold through your first night?

I can come to your home anywhere in St. John's and the surrounding area (up to 100 km) an hour before your child’s bedtime and stay for up to six hours to coach and support you through the first few hurdles. (Includes everything in a standard sleep plan.)


* Twins!  Add $95 to the cost of your plan – two for the price of one-and-a-bit.  

* Need two kids to sleep better? The younger-child’s plan is just half price. 

* For unlimited text-messaging support throughout the first night of starting your baby’s sleep program, add $100 to your plan.
